baji Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

baji is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baji and registered users. The Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall apply.

All baji services — sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other gaming services — are governed by these Terms. The Terms take effect from the moment a user accesses the site.

baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Users will be informed of service changes through the site.

02 Account Registration

To open an account on baji, users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested later for identity verification (KYC).
• Usernames cannot be changed after an account is created.
• To change an email address or mobile number, contact baji support.
• If false information is provided during registration, the account may be cancelled at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

After registering, you must log in to the site through the baji Login page. It is the user's sole responsibility to keep login credentials completely confidential.

03 Age Limit and Eligibility

baji services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. No person under 21 may open an account or take part in any betting or gaming activity on baji.

baji may request a national identity card or other government-issued ID at any time to verify age. If age verification fails, the account will be suspended and no funds will be refunded.

• The 21+ age limit applies to all gaming and betting services.
• Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own country or location.
• The account holder bears full responsibility for any use of the site by minors.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Sufficient balance must be available in the account at the time a withdrawal request is made.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

baji may request additional information or documents to verify deposit or withdrawal requests. baji reserves the right to hold payments in cases of suspicious transactions. Funds held in a user's account are kept as a separate portion of baji's financial assets.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

Welcome bonus: New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

• A bonus may be claimed only once — per person, per device, or per IP address.
• If multiple accounts are opened to take advantage of bonuses, all accounts will be cancelled.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• baji may change the bonus program at any time.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on baji. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason, unless there is a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.

• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of a match or event.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; no odds are valid until a bet is confirmed.
• If an event is abandoned, the bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be converted to odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will stay active.
• baji may set a maximum limit on any bet at its own discretion.

When betting on cricket, football, or any other sport, baji's specific rules for that sport apply. In the event of a dispute, baji's decision is final.

07 Account Security

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must be strong and unique and must not be shared with any third party.

• If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, baji support must be notified immediately.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended.
• Extra caution should be taken when logging in from a public device or shared network.
• baji is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing login credentials with a third party.

baji uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect users' information and financial transactions. However, users are also responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices and connections.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games or place bets.
• Deliberately avoiding the risk of loss to guarantee a game outcome in order to benefit from bonuses.
• Using the baji platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or interfering with the site's security.
• Impersonating baji staff.
• Claiming payments or bonuses using false or misleading information.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

baji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failed age verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspicion of fraud.
• Evidence that a user is operating more than one account.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the valid balance will be returned after pending bets are settled, but the value of any bonuses used will be deducted.

10 Limitation of Liability

Betting and gaming inherently carry the risk of financial loss. baji does not guarantee any specific outcome of a game or bet. Users play and bet entirely at their own risk.

• baji is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device faults, or third-party actions.
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to an unexpected technical error, baji will take reasonable steps to address the situation.
• baji is not liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters or government directives.
• baji's liability to a user for any loss is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

baji treats users' personal information with great care. Information collected during account registration is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.

baji does not sell users' personal information to any third party. However, information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or government directives. 12 Changes to Terms and Validity

baji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before changes take effect. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

• If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
• baji is considered the final authority on the interpretation and application of these Terms.
• Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be referred to resolution through discussion.
